only 4 months away...

So wish that time would slow down! I know it won't though.  I look at my friends' kids and am blown away at how fast they are growing.  I know it's going to be the same way with Reagan. My motto is to take it all in and enjoy every minute of it.  Last month I said that it was the best month with her, but now I have to say that 7-8 months was a fun month.  I'm sure that each month is going to be even better.  So many changes and milestones coming up.  Well this is what she has been up to since last month...

-We had to upgrade to a bigger carseat.  She has a lot more room now and isn't so cramped in a "bucket".

-We've learned that her toys can be things around the house.  She wants whatever we have.  She's a curious one...

-Reagan started going to a "Itty Bitty Bookworms" a program at the York County Library.  She loves playing and hanging out with her friends, Lizzy Grace, Ellie, and Zane.

-She is "army crawling" everywhere.  She wants to get on "all fours" so bad, but just haven't quite got it yet.  She gets ready to do it and then falls down.

-Reagan started snacking on Mum Mums and puffs.  She really likes both of them and likes feeding herself.

-Lately she has taken an interest in climbing on Hector.  She also loves watching him run after a ball.  It makes her squeal and laugh with excitement.

-She has started saying "Da-Da" which makes Chad feel so proud.

-Right now she has her front two bottom teeth, but her top two are very close to popping through.  I can see them coming in.  Hopefully it won't be long.

-Reagan is doing really well at drinking her "milky" from a sippy cup.  She still loves her "bah-bah", but she also loves doing anything herself.

-She loves her "night night" and "blankie".  When she is fussy, we give it to her and she hugs it and it makes her happy.  This makes my Mom feel so good.  She made her quite a few.

-Reagan loves strolling around in her big girl stroller.  She looks like a toddler in it.  :(

-We had to take her to the dr this week because she has been so congested.  She had an upper respiratory infection so I stayed home with her today to help her feel better soon.  I think the Mommy day helped both of us.  While at the dr we found out she weighs 20 pounds!

-She is wearing size 3 diapers still and is in between size 9 and 12 months in clothes.  She wears a little bit of both.

Here she is on her 8 month day! We are loving every minute of being her Mommy and Daddy!
